After weight loss surgery there is no way anyone can drink a whole bottle of Isopure at a time! You do make a good point for people to be aware of though. I have discussed it with the nutritionist and was told since drinking the entire bottle of Isopure at one time is not (or at least should not) be possible with the smaller size of the stomach that this is not really a concern. Basically you just sip on the Isopure through the day and you can get in the whole 40 grams of protein in. Just remember to keep it chilled after you open the bottle.

Have you checked protein numbers with your nutritionist? In our group, they report that the body can't absorb more than 23 grams or so at one sitting, so the 40-g drinks can't really be totally counted when tallying protein.
